Frog Hollow Pastries are crafted in our own farm kitchen, under the watchful eye of Farmer Al’s wife Becky. Rebecca Courchesne trained at Cafe Fanny and Oliveto, and her home-style recipes let the natural fresh flavors shine through.

Most pastries feature our "ruff puff" dough which uses organic butter and flour for a wonderfuly flaky crust. Inside you’ll find comforting combinations of sweet or savory ingredients with a light touch of spice.

All our pastries arrive frozen packed with dry ice and should be kept frozen until ready to bake and enjoy. They should be baked in a preheated oven according to the directions included in the package, generally 25-40 minutes at 400 degrees until the crust is crisp and golden brown.
